“Our family took the 6-hour tour in London last month as the first leg of our British Isles cruise and tour. Our guide, Will Jones was absolutely fantastic as he gave us a very informative introduction to London. He very quickly adapted to our likes and desires as some in our group were history buffs and a librarian. We made several stops, including a stop to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. The myriad of stories he told were a complete joy. Near the end of the tour he even brought us to a Pandora jewelry store so that my 2 daughters could get a souvenir of our trip! After looking back on our 2 week vacation this was by far the best tour we went on during the whole trip! I highly recommend this tour – Thank you Will!”
“We had a six-hour layover in London waiting for our connecting flight. At the last minute, we decided to have a tour rather than wait in the airport. Our tour guide Lawrence O’Toole was very professional, courteous, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about London. Lawrence brought us to as many landmarks and tourist places as he could within the time frame. We saw all the major popular attractions and even some lesser known attractions which were equally exciting. Lawrence went into great detail and history about each place. In the middle of the tour my cell phone died so Lawrence offered to take pictures and email them to me. The next day I had an email checking in to see how the tour went which I thought was great customer service. I would highly recommend.”
“Absolutely phenomenal from first contact to pickup from the airport, followed immediately into our tour, and hotel dropoff. Our tour guide was Lawrence O’Toole who I just can’t say enough good things about. Friendly, kind to my young son (who had toddler moments), funny, and incredibly knowledgeable.
